Throughout her 11 year career, she has played a pivotal role in securing high profile speaking engagements, managing complex logistics, and cultivating lasting relationships with decision makers and industry leaders.
Known for her strategic mindset, skilled negotiation, and ability to thrive in high pressure environments, Ebony has built a reputation for turning opportunities into profitable partnerships.
Her expertise extends beyond bookings. She understands positioning, packaging, and the systems required to consistently close deals at a high level.
Today, Ebony leverages her experience to coach speakers and booking managers through her Booking Essentials Blueprint Training. As Co-Founder of Eb & Kei Speaker Co., she partners with speakers and organizations to create impactful opportunities, build meaningful connections, and deliver exceptional event experiences.
A skilled relationship builder and communicator, Keisha combines her expertise in program development, leadership, and audience engagement to help speakers grow their platforms and expand their influence. Her background as an educator, spoken word artist, and community leader gives her a unique understanding of the power of authentic storytelling and transformative communication.
