Booking Manager Lab
Learn to book speakers for paid engagements — from the first pitch to the signed contract.
An 8-week, hands-on training program for aspiring booking managers and speaker support professionals, led by a booking agent with 10+ years of closing paid engagements.
Who it's for
Speakers need someone who can get them booked. Most people who want to do that work have never been shown how the business actually runs. This lab teaches the full job — not just how to find a gig, but how to negotiate it, contract it, and get paid for it.
This program is for you if:
-
You want to become a booking manager or speaker agent
-
You already support a speaker and want to start bringing in paid engagements
-
You work in events or admin and want to turn that experience into a commission-based career
Why it's worth it: Booking managers commonly earn a commission on every engagement they close. At a 20% commission, a single $5,000 booking earns $1,000. The skills you learn here are built to pay for themselves.
